Hello and Welcome to Go Yeast,
I first developed a fascination with bread and bread making while at Ballymaloe Cookery School and I have baked bread on an amateur basis for some years since then, mostly for friends and family.
Recently on a course to enhance my bread making skills at the School of Artisan Food I was inspired to set up a micro bakery at home. The kitchen has been adapted in accordance with the current E.H.A regulations.
I am also a member of the Real Bread Campaign whose key aim is to encourage people to consume more locally produced bread as part of the charity Sustain, the Real Bread Campaign fights for a better bread in the U.K. free from additives, enzymes, improvers or in fact anything artificial.
